Gather is a casual & contemporary restaurant in Tuam Co. Galway founded by sisters Siobhan & Aoife Flaherty in Nov 2016. We are community focused & guided by the seasons to create menus that place an emphasis on seasonal, organic, wild & foraged produce, supporting local farmers, producers & businesses.
Gather is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and delicious meal with the entire family in a relaxed environment.
